When will I receive my order?

The processing of your order, manufacturing of the products, and delivery (free) require our team a maximum lead time of 7 to 20 business days. We are making every effort to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

How much does the delivery cost?

We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum quantity required per order, and all our deliveries are free (excluding overseas departments and territories).

My order is not complete, what's happening?

If your order includes multiple items, it's possible that they are being shipped separately, depending on available stock and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.

I have not received my order!

Is there an issue with the postal service? Package lost, broken, or damaged?

With our secure delivery, Dakimakura Store® handles disputes on your behalf. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not blame the carrier and leave you to "deal with it." We take full responsibility by promptly sending you a new package at no cost.

Can I cancel my order?

It is entirely possible to cancel your order! If the order is already in the process of being prepared, cancellation fees will amount to 40% of the purchase price.

I wish to return an item.

We can only accept a return in case of proven product defect.

Our items undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defects, please send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to contact@dakimakura.store along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

Can I combine my discount codes?

No. Except for exceptional cases, we only accept one single discount code per order.

Dakimakura Store® ships its products worldwide legally. However, the buyer is responsible for their country's import taxes, and we disclaim all responsibility.
