When will I receive my order?

The processing of your order, manufacturing of the products, and delivery (free) require our team a maximum lead time of 7 to 20 business days. We are making every effort to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

My order is not complete, what's happening?

If your order includes multiple items, it's possible that they are being shipped separately, depending on available stock and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.

I have not received my order!

Is there an issue with the postal service? Package lost, broken, or damaged?

With our secure delivery, Dakimakura Store® handles disputes on your behalf. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not blame the carrier and leave you to "figure it out." We take full responsibility and promptly send you a new package at no cost.
